The banks of the Unia offer a shallow, sandy bed as well as a mild, damp Atlantic climate, both of which help the ripening of the Albariño variety from which the single variety wines are made.
This winery maximises their colour and fresh fragrance through the practice of ageing in contact with the lees ( sur lie) - a process which heightens the grapey aroma and ensuring an exclusive expression. |
